Enrollment Information
La Cima Elementary Charter School adheres to the basic lottery admission process, with preferences given to siblings of current La Cima scholars and residents of Community School District 16 (please call 311 if you do not know your CSD.) Applications for the 2012-2013 school year are available at La Cima or by download below (available in both English & Spanish):

You may also apply online via the New York City Charter Center's Online Charter School Application. (Note that both paper and online versions of the application are valid and will be submitted to our lottery for the 2012-2013 school year.)
Who is eligible for Kindergarten?
Students must turn 5 on or before December 31, 2012 to be eligible for Kindergarten for the 2012-2013 school year.
When is the application deadline?
Applications for the 2012-2013 must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, 2012. If hand-delivered to La Cima, applications must be received no later than Friday, March 30. If applications are sent via mail, they must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, March 28 to ensure delivery on Friday. Completed applications may also be emailed (admissions@lacimacharterschool.org) or faxed (718) 443-7291 no later than 11:59 pm on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
When can I visit La Cima?
Please join us for a weekly tour to learn more about La Cima first hand. Tours will begin promptly at 8:00 am every Tuesday beginning December 6.
